Read to me...

Ok, so we have this book by Sandra Boynton. It's one of many of her wonderful books. We love so many of them. Anyways Ethan likes this one a lot because he can "read" it.

It's called "Blue Hat Green Hat", and it's about colors, clothing, and where each article of clothing goes. Somehow the turkey can not seem to get it right.

In the end the silly turkey finally gets it right but only to jump in the pool with all his clothes on!

After all that reading Ethan wanted a turn to be silly. He was just having fun with it.

These times I will never forget. They are growing up too fast!

Tune in next time for "But Not The Hippopotamus!"

What the hail?

This was the little storm we had on the 10th. We had just put the boys to bed and sat down to watch tv. Eric heard some noise and we thought it was the kids hitting the wall. I looked outside and said that's hail! We went outside and we couldn't even hear each other talk.

This stuff was bigger than my ring. It was crazy!!!

Eric scooped up a handful to show the boys.

I went to their room to bring them out to see it and they were already asleep. I couldn't believe they could sleep through the noise.
