Guilty!

Ok... So... It was all fine and dandy when we decided to have another baby. We have a crib, we have a changing table, dresser, all the big stuff right? Well, now that we are having twins its a given... We have to buy a second one of some things. I am super excited and wanted to spend as little as I could, so I have been looking on Craigslist for deals. So, yes, I'm guilty. I know its early but, I have been shopping!

Good Deal #1. This bouncy chair is brand new! This mom had twins but didn't need 2 bouncy chairs.

Good Deal # 2. We got this darling rug, matching crib blankets...

sheets, giraffe chair, accent plants, crib skirts, diaper stackers...

and 3 tile wall hangings... This mom also had twins but was redecorating their room. Good for boys or girls right?

Good Deal #3. A crib almost matching the one we already have and a brand new mattress.

In case you didn't notice, Britton and Ethan are both super excited too...

Eric's biggest fear??? I might change my mind on the theme before the babies come!!!

8th Father's Day and counting.

It's all about 8 this year, Eric has been a daddy for 8 years. Oh my! He had a great Father's Day weekend. We started it out on Friday. We went to see Toy Story 3. We all loved it. I thought it was the best one of the three. I forgot my camera so I stole this off the word wide web. :)

We spent most of Sunday morning before church building lego stuff. What dad could ask for more right?

Then we gave daddy his gifts. "A sno-cone machine?" "And hand made cards?"He loved it. So did the boys. I forgot to take pictures so I took a picture of the box...

Then we made home made pizza...

mmm. Yummy!!!

It doesn't get much better than this...

Boy, they slept good that night...

The other day Eric was cleaning his grill and he was crouched down and asked me to hand him the brush. I was trying to be funny so I said "Scalpel" in a funny voice, you know? Like doctors and nurses say in surgery. Well Britton was curious and he asked me what I was talking about so I explained to him that I was just playing around like we were doing surgery on daddy's grill.

Well we are playing with play-doh this afternoon and Britton needed the scraper to clean out one of the tools, so he puts his hand out and in a funny voice says "snorkel". I said "Snorkel?" and he goes "Ya... I need to do surgery." It was so funny.

You know... I love these kids...

Believe it or not... Daddy got this for them.

Eric thought it would be fun to get the boys an Easy Bake Oven. I was so shocked, but it has been fun. Even though it only makes one little cookie or brownie at a time.

Oh and he brought this frog home for Ethan. The darn thing takes up his whole bed.

Typical Game Night @ our House...

Game night started out the same as usual. Friday night, a little wii,

some BINGO...

And then we decided to play a new game, a game we have not played before. Win, Lose, or Draw!

Britton, Opa, and Oma against Ethan, mommy and daddy...

It was more fun than competitive. "Bow and arrow"? Yep!

Ok lets see. Cheese + 1/2 circle + a bottle of ink + 2 babies???

After quite some time - Oma shouts "She's having a baby"? Eric shakes his head. "No", Oma shouts "She's having 2 babies"? You can see Opa has gotten it, but Oma still has no idea that the she is "ME"!

I break out the ultrasound pictures and she could not believe it...
