Kennecott Copper Mine.

We had to visit Kennecott!

It was a cold day but we went anyway.

The boys got a BIG kick out of the HUGE wheel!

Britton and daddy worked on his badge for scouts.

Cousin Tony went with us. We thought we weren't going to get to see him before we left but it all worked out.

He was so proud.

We took the boys to Jungle Jim's Play land. The first thing we saw was the GIANT Hungry Hippos game. We had to play a few rounds. Ethan got this game from Grama for Christmas. It's a BIG hit around our house.

We haven't been there since Britton's 4th birthday. Britton is almost 7 now. Ethan didn't even remember what it was like.

The place has gone down hill since the last time but we made the best of it and had fun.

Seeing the look on their faces is the BEST!

Poor mommy! "She just can't hack the rides like she used to" Yes. The roller coaster made me a little sick.

But the boys went over and over. All 3 of them!

Saying goodbye for now...

On June 13th it was time for Auntie Songe and Uncle Brian to go back to their new house in Florida. We had to go to the airport to say goodbye.

Brian wasn't feeling too well. (that's why he was in the wheel chair.) He had a gallbladder attack a few days earlier. So needless to say he was going to see his Dr. as soon as they got home.

It was so hard. My sister cried a lot. Me? Well it usually hits me a few days later.

Unfortunately Shelbie was going home the same day. We went back to Grama's house and hung out for a while and then headed back to the airport.

You can't tell by looking at Ethan but he had such a hard time when we left the airport.

He cried for about 45 minutes. Every time we thought he was calmed down he started to cry again. He really didn't want her to go home.

Poor baby...

Traxx and the Gateway!

Another thing on our list!
We took the kids downtown on the Traxx train on the same day we went to Liberty Park. We left early in the morning and spent the day downtown, then we rode to Liberty Park to meet our family and play some more...

Ethan has been afraid of trains since February when we took him on the train at the aquarium and the shark jumped out of the water.

You can see here he's over that.

We let the kids play in the water at the Gateway. It was a blast!

Ethan never got as into it as Britton and Shelbie did.

We also went to find the bricks Eric and I donated for my nieces and nephews when the Olympics came. When Britton was still in my tummy, I might ad.
Lawna, Tony, and Brandy.

Justin, Apparel, and Branden.

And one for Eric, and Shelbie too.
