Too Cute!

We went to feed the ducks at River Road Park and the boys were just soo cute.

They had so much fun but I thought for sure one of them was going to end up in the river.

They both make friends so easy. They met this little girl there and it was like they have known her all their lives. We shared our bread with her and her little sister.

Last night on TLC they aired a new show called Quintuplet Surprise! Too Many Babies! Well you know me, anything with babies I'm hooked! What I didn't know is that one of the babies is named Britton (its a girl but I think it is a beautiful name for a boy or girl). I couldn't wait to tell my Britton that there is someone out there in the world with the same name as him . He gets sad sometimes because he never hears of anyone with the same name as him. I showed it to him first thing this morning and he was soo happy!

I don't know which one is Britton but they are all so cute.

Appropriate?

I thought it was appropriate for my 200th post to pay tribute to my baby! I registered Ethan for Kindergarten this morning.. Boo Hoo! He's growing up!

When we welcomed Ethan into this world almost 5 years ago we had no idea what a wonderful addition to our family he was going to be. We loved this little guy before he even took his first breath...

A melting my heart moment in time. Ethan is almost FIVE now, and you can see, even though they fight ALL the time. They do love each other.

Ethan cant wait to be a scout, ride the bus home from school and most of all he can't wait to go to Britton's school like the BIG kids do.

We love you Ethan, we are soo happy you are part of our family!

We had a lot of fun at the Blue N Gold Banquet this year. Britton and Eric never got around to baking a cake for the contest but here are some of the ones we really liked.

"Ta, da!" We got this beautiful door on clearance at Home Depot. I just love it.

Now look at the hallway, we made another change here too.

We added a hall closet! It's crazy! We just cut the hole and added a door. Well it wasn't that easy. Larry did all the work on this one. Believe me, I thought they were crazy when they first suggested it. But I guess it wasn't imposable after all.

Ok, now look up at the cabinet in the bottom right corner. It's a nice cabinet, it was Eric's grandma's. This was my project, I couldn't get over the fact that you could see everything that was stored in it. All our junk (excuse my bluntness)! So I got creative.

Man I love being creative. I know it gets kind of redundant, all these pictures of the house, but we are all so far apart and I want you to know what we are up to. We have made so many changes and Lynda loves her new house even if it is a little at a time. She is graduating from college in May and we are going to invite her brother and his girlfriend over for dinner. (they have NEVER invited anyone over to their house.) I don't know the reasons but I'm happy that they feel like having people over after all these years.
