Vacation 2010, Chapter One...

I can't believe it has been a month already since we left for Florida. On our way we stopped in Alabama to go on the U.S.S. Alabama. It was a lot of fun and the boys thought it was really cool!

We toured the air craft carrier, the submarine and the hanger.

Notice the glove on Britton's hand? He was playing in the rain/mud a few days before we left and cut his hand on an aluminum can that was buried in a puddle. Its ok, I called the Dr. and they said he was not in need of a tetanus shot. PHEW!!!

Well wouldn't you kow it. We drove 2 days to do what? Play with Legos!

Lazy days ahead...

We went to St. Augustine Beach the first day it was a lot of fun. I couldn't believe how much the boys had changed since the last time we were there. They loved the water and got right in.

We didn't get to visit with Eddie and Nita and the fam. too long but it was fun for the day and a half we did have. They left on the third and Grama made everyone come outside (p.j.'s or no p.j.'s) and take a picture all together. Thankfully everyone chose to wear clothing. :)

BINGO! This is one of our favorite family game night games so we brought it along to play with everyone while we were there.

We watched fireworks on the river by Aunt Songe's work.

The boys were having a contest to see who could catch more air and Uncle Brian was taking the photo finish pics for them.

Ethan has always hated fireworks and missed out on all the fun, but this time we brought his ear protection and it was no big deal.

More to come I promise. Oh, and I totally forgot to blog about Lynda's graduation but after I'm done with all the vacation pics I'll do it.
