We were getting ready to go see Santa and decided to take advantage of what daylight we had left.

The boys wouldn't sit still but at least they were both looking.

Eric liked this one.

I liked this one. I think I look more and more like Songe as I lose more weight.

Finally Santa! Ethan wasn't even a little timid this year.

We put them in their p.j.'s and took a book for Santa to "read".

This book was from Grama to Daddy. We have a tradition now to read it every year on Christmas eve.

There was no one in line so we had time to just be natural. We timed it just right. The last picture is Santa reading Britton's Christmas list. (All the product numbers for the Legos he wants.)

Baby its cold outside!

Woo hoo I made 10%! I'm down 19 lbs now and at an all time low. (It's a good low) oh and I got a new do. This is the best picture I could get since its so cold outside.

Yes we got snow last night. Though it was nothing like Utah snow. Just a teaser.

Britton was happy to see snow again... But Ethan didn't know what to think.

I didn't get them out to take pictures in it though because it was so cold. I couldn't bare it. Maybe if it snows again in the next 10 years.

Baby Chicks!

Each class in the 1st grade at Britton's school had the opportunity to hatch baby chickies. They used incubators, and lamps and learned all about how it works. Each class had between 12-17 baby chicks. After they all hatched, the families were asked if they wanted to take some chicks home. Britton asked me every day that whole week. I talked with a friend, who said he would take them when they got to be too much to handle so I said yes. The boys had so much fun. We only lasted 2 weeks though and they now live with all of Ned's chickens. Ned is my bosses son in law, he sells fresh eggs at the post office where I work. People think it is so neat that you can get fresh eggs and stamps in our little building. When we took the chicks over to Ned's house he took all of us up to see the koop where they were going to live. Britton was happy they would have lots of friends. Ned loves chickens. Any way here they are.

This is Hot Wheels...

Space Derby!

"Whose ready for the Space Derby !"

"We are!"

Britton's finished rocket. He was so proud of his rocket. We were proud too because his was one of the few that was actually made by the scout.

Fourth place! Not too bad out of seven in his den.

"Britton, Britton, Britton!' We cheared...

Proud brother...

...And future scout.
